VISION

A just and sustainable society where the rights and well-being of the poor and marginalized in the communities are respected and promoted.

MISSION

FORGE is a social development NGO that enables the poor and the marginalized communities in the Visayas to:

1. Identify and address personal, family and community concerns; and

2. Access basic social services from LGU’s, government agencies and other institutions.

GOALS

1. To integrate community organizing and social work approaches;

2. To improve access to livelihood opportunities pf partners;

3. To strengthen family relationships;

4. To protect children’s rights;

5. To develop a broad base of public support for FORGE and its work;

6. To enhance leadership efficiency and management effectiveness; and

7. To develop FORGE as a knowledge center.
